What does it cost to produce a video?

While there are a number of variables that come into play for each project, the market average here in Phoenix is generally between $1500 and $2000 per finished minute. These variables include the number of shooting days, talent, music needs, amount of editing needed, animation requirements and project specific packaging requests. We have completed projects for our clients that have been less than this and more than this, but this is a good starting point.

How long does it take to make a video?

The complexity of the project along with your specific needs and goals will affect the completion schedule of the project. Weíve completed projects that have taken as little as a few days to as long as 5 months.

What are the steps to producing a video?

Step 1 -

Meet with client to discuss goals and objectives of project.

Step 2 -

Based on these conversations, Baerclaw Productions will provide the client with a formal proposal detailing all project costs.

Step 3 -

Following client approval of the formal proposal, Baerclaw Productions will begin the process of script writing and pre-production planning. This is generally the longest, most important step since the script will outline exactly what the finished video will look like.

Step 4 -

Client review and approval of script.

Step 5 -

Baerclaw Productions will complete all remaining pre-production planning and begin the production process based upon the approved script.

Step 6 -

After all videotaping has been completed, editing and post production will begin.

Step 7 -

Upon completion of editing and post production, the client will receive a copy of the complete video for review.

Step 8 -

Final approval of the video will begin the process of completing all client requested duplications.
